Mabeet is a digital platform owned and operated by Mabeet Real Estate, a licensed real estate brokerage in Dubai. The platform enables users to browse properties, reserve units, facilitate payment procedures conducted directly between the user and the property developer through banking channels, and sign contracts electronically in collaboration with approved developers and entities.
By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mabeet.
• Mabeet acts solely as a digital real estate intermediary • Mabeet does not own, develop, or manage real estate projects • Mabeet is not responsible for project execution or delays • All contracts are executed directly between the user and the developer
Mabeet strives to ensure the accuracy of information; however: • Prices and availability are subject to change by the developer • Images and layouts are for illustrative purposes only • Mabeet does not guarantee that information is free from errors
• Payments are processed through approved payment service providers • Mabeet shall not be held responsible for: o Delays in banking transactions o Failed or rejected transactions o Any technical issues in payment gateways • All bookings are subject to the developer’s terms and conditions • Booking confirmation is not guaranteed until approved by the developer • Mabeet does not receive, hold, or manage any funds on behalf of users • All financial transfers are made directly between the user and the developer • Users are required to upload payment receipts via the platform • Mabeet’s review of receipts is for administrative purposes only and does not constitute confirmation of successful payment
Mabeet reviews receipts and documents uploaded by users for administrative and organizational purposes only. Such review does not constitute confirmation or guarantee of payment or receipt of funds by the developer. The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy of submitted receipts.
• Users must provide accurate and truthful information • Mabeet reserves the right to: o Request additional documentation o Reject or suspend any transaction o Cancel transactions in case of suspicion • Data is collected in accordance with financial compliance and anti-money laundering regulations in the United Arab Emirates
• The platform enables electronic contract signing • Digital signatures are legally binding • Users are responsible for reviewing all terms before signing
Mabeet shall not be liable for: • Any direct or indirect financial losses • Investment decisions made by users • Project delays or cancellations • Any errors made by the developer Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk. The user agrees to indemnify and hold Mabeet, its employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of the platform or dealings with developers or third parties.
Mabeet shall not be liable for any delay or failure resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: • Technical failures • Service interruptions • Natural disasters • Government decisions
Users are prohibited from using the platform for: • Providing false or misleading information • Any unlawful activity • Attempting to breach or disrupt the system
Mabeet is committed to collecting and using user data solely for the purposes of: • Identity verification • Transaction processing • Regulatory compliance
All content, designs, and technical systems of the platform are the property of Mabeet and may not be used or reproduced without prior permission.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates • The courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over any disputes
Mabeet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
• All refunds are subject to the developer’s policies • Mabeet is not responsible for approval or rejection of refunds • Refund processing times may vary depending on the relevant entity
